Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 26, 2026
VaultiXe, owned and operated by SkyCorp Nexus Solutions Ltd, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, how long we retain it, and when it may be shared.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Your email address, full name where provided, and information needed to create and manage your account.
- Usage data: Information about how you use VaultiXe, including file uploads, downloads, storage usage, Forms, Communities, sharing activity, and other platform activity.
- Device information: Device type, browser, IP address, operating system, and other technical information needed for security, authentication, and service operation.
- Payment information: Transaction information may be processed by our payment providers when you purchase a paid service. VaultiXe does not need to store your full payment card details to process transactions.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve VaultiXe services.
- To manage your account, storage, Forms, Communities, sharing features, and other platform functionality.
- To process payments and provide requested services.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, transactions, and important service updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, and other security risks.
- To maintain the reliability, performance, and security of the VaultiXe platform.
3. Passwords and Encryption
- Passwords: Your password is never stored in plain text. Passwords are securely protected using appropriate industry-standard security measures.
- Server-Side Encryption (SSE): SSE provides encryption-at-rest protection for files stored using the standard VaultiXe storage mode. Encryption and decryption are managed by VaultiXe as required to provide normal platform functionality.
- Client-Side End-to-End Encryption (CE2EE): CE2EE provides an additional privacy layer for supported files. Files using CE2EE are encrypted on the client before being stored, so VaultiXe does not normally receive the plaintext file during storage.
- Encryption in transit: Communications between your device and VaultiXe services are protected using encryption in transit.
In simple terms, SSE provides the standard encryption protection used for normal VaultiXe storage, while CE2EE provides an additional level of privacy through client-side encryption. The encryption method applicable to a file depends on the encryption mode selected or otherwise applied to that file.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when necessary to operate VaultiXe, provide requested services, protect the platform and its users, support user-directed features, or comply with applicable law.
- Service providers: Limited information may be shared with trusted providers that help us operate VaultiXe, including providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, payments, analytics, and security. These providers receive only information reasonably necessary to provide their services.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by applicable law, legal process, court order, or a lawful request from an appropriate authority.
- User-directed sharing: Information or files may be shared with other users when you choose to use VaultiXe features that allow you to share them.
- Security and protection: We may process or disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents, prevent fraud, protect users, or protect the rights and property of VaultiXe.
5. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encryption, authentication controls, access controls, secure infrastructure, and other security practices appropriate to our services.

Once applicable data has been permanently deleted from the relevant systems, it may not be recoverable. Users should export any files or information they wish to keep before completing permanent account deletion.
